SIC - Temp to Full Time Employee Application

This job posting is specifically for temporary ShipBob associates in our SICs that are transiting to full-time employee roles.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

All associates at our Midwest Hub (including ARR-1) will receive a temporary $2 per hour pay increase for all hours worked from October 25, 2026 through January 2, 2027. The $2.00 per hour premium above the employee’s base rate will be included, as applicable and where legally required, when calculating overtime, paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay. Beginning January 3, 2027, pay will return to the base rate of $18.00 - $19.00.
