ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our enterprise ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with strong technical skills in scripting, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Support modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and related applications.

Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Create and customize forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve platform performance.

Qualifications:

3–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform configuration.

Experience with integrations, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and API development.

Familiarity with Agile development practices.

ServiceNow CSA certification required; CAD certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
