Job Title: ServiceNow AI Solutions Consultant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow AI Solutions Consultant with hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Next Experience, UI Builder, portal modernization, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations, with the ability to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.

Configure Next Experience, UI Builder, and modern ServiceNow workspaces.

Deliver portal modernization initiatives to improve user experience and self-service.

Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.

Implement AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, or Virtual Agent.

Develop integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and third-party systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Skills:

6–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow implementation.

Hands-on experience with Next Experience, UI Builder, and portal modernization.

Experience with Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, or other AI capabilities in ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Experience with ITSM, CSM, or custom ServiceNow applications.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) are preferred.
