Senior Technical Program Manager - QuickFrame AI Integrations
We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join MNTN's QuickFrame AI organization, reporting to the Director of Engineering. This is a combined role for someone who can sit at the intersection of partnerships, product, and engineering, owning both the business development and product strategy for our Integrations pod.
You will own what we integrate with and why, then drive those integrations from contract to launch. On the business development side, you'll own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and partnership pipelines in conjunction with our vendor operations team. On the product side, you'll work directly with the Integrations tech lead and engineering team to define requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and ship. These integrations are directly tied to how we bring new AI model capabilities and customer acquisition channels into the product, making this a highly visible, cross-functional role.
What you'll do
Own the integrations product roadmap, informed by upcoming vendor releases as well as internal product priorities, in close partnership with the Integrations tech lead and engineering team.
Lead business development for third-party integrations in conjunction with the vendor operations team: identify partners, manage outreach, negotiate terms, and own vendor contracts from start to finish.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration partners and vendors, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
Translate partnership agreements and business requirements into clear product specs and technical requirements for the engineering team.
Work with the Director of Engineering and leadership to prioritize integrations against broader product and business goals.
Own the BD pipeline: track partnership opportunities, manage timelines, and report on integration health and progress.
Collaborate with marketing and the platform experience team to coordinate integration launches and go-to-market moments.
Identify and flag contractual, compliance, or vendor risks early and drive resolution.
What success looks like
New model and vendor integrations launch on schedule with minimal surprises to engineering or leadership.
Partners and vendors consistently describe you as responsive, clear, and easy to work with.
Leadership has confidence that when a new model integration is announced publicly, the internal timeline is already understood and tracked.
The integrations roadmap is trusted and well-sequenced, with clear tradeoffs communicated to stakeholders.
Contractual and compliance risks are caught early, not after they've become a problem.
What you'll bring
4+ years of experience in product management, business development, or a combined role in a technical environment.
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts or partnership agreements.
Strong product instincts: you can write a spec, prioritize a Kanban-style backlog, and make prioritization calls with confidence.
Comfort working directly with engineering teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you have had to define a function from scratch.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with API-based integrations and the technical concepts behind them.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across both the BD and product sides.
