Senior Systems Engineer
How you can help make a better world of work
You'll design, automate and operate the systems that let Campers work everywhere, every day. You'll own identity, endpoint management and workplace infrastructure end to end, with AWS, networking and enterprise AI as supporting areas you help keep secure, reliable and well governed. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a service-desk escalation seat: you'll build the automation that makes the environment self-sustaining, and mentor others as you go.
What you'll own
Identity & access: Okta administration and identity lifecycle automation: Workflows, SSO, SCIM, access governance, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
Endpoint engineering: The Jamf Pro platform and Apple device lifecycle: zero-touch deployment, configuration management, patching, compliance and fleet health.
Workplace automation: Reliable automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform/CloudFormation and workflow platforms to cut manual operations and improve consistency across the SaaS estate.
What you'll do
Cloud & network: Operate selected AWS and Meraki services, improving reliability, security, observability and documented recovery procedures.
Enterprise AI platforms: Administer and evolve platforms such as Glean, Claude for Enterprise and Gemini including access controls, data-source permissions, integrations, usage governance, security reviews and internal adoption.
Observability: Design monitoring, alerting and safe remediation workflows for critical services, using automation and AI-assisted operations where appropriate and properly governed.
Escalation & support: Provide senior escalation support for complex infrastructure and workplace technology incidents, driving root-cause analysis, remediation and preventative improvements.
