Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Lead to help shape and carry out Spark’s most important priorities as we grow. Reporting to our Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, you’ll be a key thought partner to the leadership team, turning complex, ambiguous business problems into clear plans and measurable results.

You’ll own a portfolio of company-level initiatives from start to finish: defining the problem, building the analysis and business case, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, and other teams. You’ll also help build the processes and operating rhythms that help Spark scale.

The ideal candidate pairs sharp analytical skills with real operating experience. You’re as comfortable digging through messy data as you are presenting a recommendation to executives and getting it adopted. If you want your work to have a visible impact while improving the Medicare experience for the people we serve, we’d love to talk.

This is a hybrid role based at our NYC office.

Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations
