We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our recruiting team as a Senior Recruiter in our Sydney Office. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the chance to build relationships with leaders across the organization. You will have a direct impact in contributing to our growth of Klaviyo, affecting the culture and business tremendously with the hyper-intelligent, driven and empathetic people you bring into the company. You’ll take ownership of the process and your results, drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process more efficient whilst maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. As a Senior Recruiter, you will work across all Klaviyo go-to-market teams in the region.

How you'll make a difference:

Own Your Process: From sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, you will be responsible for providing all candidates with an exceptional experience and ensure Klaviyo is engaging with and hiring exceptional people who will help take Klaviyo to the next level!

Improve Our Process: We’re not perfect, but we do like to recognize and work towards improving those imperfections. Every Klaviyo has a voice, and we want to hear yours! Fresh perspectives grounded in data and analytics are encouraged and considered in order to make sure we are doing things as best as we can! This includes leveraging AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communication.

Build Relationships: Your empathy and people-centric approach will forge lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Be an Ambassador: Whether through Klaviyo’s Social Media channels, a recruiting event or good old-fashioned cold outreach, you are an ambassador for Klaviyo and in most cases, the first impression a candidate will have of the company. Candidates are people and you’ll take a balanced approach that makes a candidate feel like an individual while keeping in mind Klaviyo’s business objectives.

Level Up: Learning and growth is a core value at Klaviyo and we want each and every employee who joins to learn new skills, work on things they haven’t had the chance to, and achieve in ways that will significantly advance their career.

Who you are:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting high-growth or scaling sales organizations

Deeply people-centric, empathetic, and relationship-driven

Data-informed and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Energized by challenge and motivated by continuous personal and professional growth

Able to balance exceptional candidate experience with ambitious hiring goals

Early adopter of AI and continuously explore new tools and workflows to improve your effectiveness as a recruite

Klaviyo in APAC:

We are starting small but have big plans for Klaviyo in APAC. Our Sydney team began to take shape throughout 2022 and has now built out our go to market teams in sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing, recruiting and product support. As the team grows we will see a continued expansion of Klaviyo’s customer base and the building of a fantastic working culture in line with what we see elsewhere in Klaviyo but with its own local identity within our Sydney based team. This is your unique opportunity to join us at a very early stage and help to shape our future Klaviyo in APAC.

One of our values as a company is ‘always learning’ and you can feel that in APAC. People are looking to grow and develop and Klaviyo provides a great platform to do so. As we are still relatively early in our journey in APAC this means there is a lot of headroom to grow and develop within your role - we are looking for the leaders of the future. At Klaviyo generally managers are often promoted up into their roles and people are regularly being promoted or moving into new functional areas - it really is an education through experience here.
