Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to keep work moving and ensure clear communication at every stage

Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition and invoicing activities, and flag financial risks or scope changes early

Lead project meetings, manage client review and approval processes, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and relevant guidelines

Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and project issues

Support business development efforts by contributing project management guidance, budgets, timelines, and implementation planning as needed

Participate in project audits and help reinforce consistent project management processes and best practices

Coach, mentor, and train project management team members and contribute to onboarding or discipline-specific training

Share best practices through the Project Management Community of Practice and contribute to process improvements or standard operating procedures

Participate in hiring activities for the project management discipline, such as panel interviews or job shadows

Develop and empower people, manage change, build relationships and influence others, build and lead effective teams, and achieve results

Travel: occasional overnight or weekend travel may be required, up to 10%
