Position Overview
Real Chemistry is seeking a Communications Associate to support engagement initiatives, and enterprise communication programs across the organization. This role will help bring our culture, strategy, and business priorities to life through clear, engaging, and impactful communications.
This role will partner closely with stakeholders across the Marketing & Communications team as well as leaders across our business to develop content, execute communication campaigns, and support key employee communication moments. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career communications professional looking to build expertise in internal and external communications, employee engagement, organizational communications, and change management communications.
Key Responsibilities
Support Enterprise Communications
Draft and develop employee-facing communications, including announcements, newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, and organizational updates.
Translate complex information into clear, engaging content for employee audiences.
Support the planning and execution of enterprise communication initiatives and campaigns.
Ensure communications are aligned with company priorities, culture, and brand voice.
Support Change Communications
Contribute to communication plans for organizational updates, transformations, and enterprise initiatives.
Develop FAQs, talking points, communication toolkits, and supporting materials.
Help ensure employees receive timely, transparent, and effective communication during periods of change.
Manage Communication Channels
Maintain and publish content across internal and/or external communication channels and platforms.
Coordinate communication calendars and monitor upcoming communication priorities.
Recommend opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
Partner Across the Business
Work collaboratively with People, Marketing, Capability Leads, and business stakeholders to gather information and support communication needs.
Build relationships across teams to understand priorities and identify communication opportunities.
Help coordinate communication reviews, approvals, and distribution processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field; may include experience gained through internships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences and communication channels.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across functions and stakeholder groups.
Experience with content management systems, intranet platforms, employee communication tools, or newsletter platforms is preferred.
Pay Range: $60,000-$68,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time
