Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively with business, technology, and external stakeholders.

Define project roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, resources, and deliverables.

Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate project tracking and follow-up meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and overall delivery performance.

Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and project status updates for key stakeholders.

Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and operational efficiency.

Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical teams, business areas, and clients.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software projects.

Proven experience managing end-to-end technology project delivery.

Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working in Waterfall or hybrid environments.

Strong experience in project planning, scope, schedule, budget, resource, and risk management.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of software development and technology project delivery.

Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills:

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

Experience in IT consulting or digital transformation projects.

Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience in enterprise or financial services projects.

Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, project governance, and executive reporting.

Experience managing Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
