We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of content strategy, production planning, and retail execution — turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.

You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

Own the retail demo content roadmap — Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.

Translate strategy into execution — Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.

Drive on-time delivery — Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.

Coordinate with Retail Deployment — Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).

Align with Publishing & Marketing — Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.

Build repeatable process — Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.

Report and communicate — Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.

Who You Are

5-8+ years of experience in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.

Proven ability to build and manage roadmaps across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.

Strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.

Experience translating ambiguous, high-level direction from leadership into structured, actionable plans.

Familiarity with game production pipelines and/or retail merchandising/demo programs is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.

A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.

Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.

Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.
