The Role

This Product Operations & Reporting Sr. Manager is part of the Portfolio Strategy & Operations team within the Product organization. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on critical operational cadences and reporting to promote transparency and efficiency across the organization. You will report to and be mentored by the Sr. Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities include:

Drive key Product organization operational cadences such as Product QBR and product planning processes

Gather Product Management requirements for product planning tool enhancements and convey to technical team who configures changes

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization and leverage GenAI to think creatively and lead the design and implementation of these solutions

Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance, including financial performance, operational performance, product usage and adoption, and other product related metrics

Work closely with team members to compile regular reporting packages and collaborate on new analysis areas

Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration or related analytical field

5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a plus

Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Glean, Gemini), Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Suite to conduct analyses, create reporting, and effectively communicate key insights and takeaways

Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations

Strong organizational and project management skills

Light to moderate travel may be required

Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
