Senior Product Marketing Manager, Personalization
About the team and role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the core narrative and innovation for Klaviyo Personalization, which helps brands turn first-party customer data into more relevant, higher-converting experiences across every channel. Personalization combines predictive models and AI, including Predicted CLV, RFM, Next Best Product, personalized send time, audience optimization, and personalized content and offers, and puts them to work in segments, flows, and campaigns. As Klaviyo leads the shift to AI-driven, autonomous marketing, Personalization is a key differentiator and growth priority.
You’ll be the dedicated PMM partner to the Personalization product team. You’ll shape the roadmap with market and customer insight, lead launches that drive adoption, attach, and revenue, and turn complex data science into clear, compelling value for marketers and executives. You’ll work closely with Platform PMM, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and GTM Ops to bring it to market.
If you love making complex technology simple, thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and want to show how intelligent, personalized experiences drive growth, this role is built for you.
How you'll make a difference:
Positioning & Storytelling: Define the value proposition, messaging, and positioning for Personalization and its place in Klaviyo’s broader platform and AI narrative.
Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategy and launch plans for new features and packaging, aligning Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Integrated Marketing, Support, and GTM Ops.
Packaging & Pricing: Partner with Product on how Personalization is packaged relative to the core platform, making it easy to buy, sell, and expand.
Roadmap Influence: Be the voice of the customer and market with Product; synthesize research, beta feedback, win/loss data, and field input to shape priorities.
Adoption & Revenue Growth: Develop campaigns, proof points, ROI models, and cross-sell playbooks that drive attach, usage, and retention.
Sales Enablement: Build GTM assets (decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, demos, training) and serve as the Personalization SME for Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
Customer Evidence & Thought Leadership: Develop customer stories, benchmarks, and data-driven content that show the impact of personalization, and represent Klaviyo at events and with analysts and press.
Measurement: Define success metrics for launches and programs, report on results, and iterate.
Performs other related duties as assigned to support the K:Marketing PMM organization and the Personalization business.
