About the Role

The Product Analytics team is at the forefront of Attentive innovation, measuring results and delivering insight on new AI products. We are looking for a  Product Analyst to be the resident expert on Attentive AI, as well as other products. Product analysts at Attentive are strategic thought partners to the Product Management organization and Strategy teams. Responsibilities include measuring results & delivering insights on new products across their development lifecycle: experimentation, launch, post-launch and at scale. Product analysts help define the trajectory of new product launches, identify areas of opportunity within existing launches / mature products, and provide recommendations to product managers and the executive team to inform the product roadmap.

This role is crucial to Attentive & our customers’ success and has high leadership visibility. Ideal candidates love breaking down complex problems, building solutions, delivering actionable and data-driven insights, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Accomplish

Partner with product managers & engineers to measure results of & deliver insight on products across their lifecycle: experimentation, launch, post-launch and at scaleIdentify key metrics and insights to track progress of highest priority initiatives including Attentive’s suite of new AI products

Develop analytics frameworks to run AB tests and measure the success of product features and initiatives

Uncover insights to help identify new product opportunities that maximize performance of marketing programs for Attentive customers

Present recommendations to product organization & executive leadership

Your Expertise

4+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence with experiencing using a data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau,  Qlikview, MicroStrategy)

Experience using, writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment

Knowledge of statistics and experience running A/B tests

Knowledge of data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, ETL and reporting/analytic tools and environments

Ability to execute fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner

You have an inherent curiosity and analytic follow-through; you can’t help but ask “why?” and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions

Experience effectively communicating the results of analyses with stakeholders to drive strategy decisions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience

For US based applicants:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually + equity + benefits

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
