About the Role

Attentive is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Revenue FP&A team. Revenue FP&A is a high impact finance team responsible for translating Attentive's topline performance into forecasts, insights, and decisions that drive impact. We partner with our GTM, Customer Success, RevOps, and broader Finance teams to help identify and drive growth strategies for the company.

In this role, you will build analytical frameworks, financial analyses, and AI-powered tools that help leaders put context around performance, identify risks and opportunities, and, ultimately, make better decisions. This is a great role for someone who is naturally curious with data, likes building clean and flexible analyses, and is eager for exposure to company-wide performance and decision making.

You will report to the Senior Director of GTM FP&A, who reports to the CFO, and oversees global topline performance and partners closely with Attentive's GTM organization and executive team. This is a lean and agile team, one that requires strong business partnerships and analytical horsepower to help drive business growth and investment decisions.

What You’ll Accomplish

Partner with GTM, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and BI/data teams to identify the core levers of revenue performance and translate analysis into actionable recommendations for Attentive leadership.

Build, maintain, and improve revenue forecast models for usage-based and recurring revenue streams that drive target setting during annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecast cycles.

Uplevel recurring revenue reporting and presentations to highlight needle-movers in key business trends while identifying risks and opportunities for executive audiences.

Leverage GPT engines to develop new ways to analyze customer, segment, and cohort data that lead to actionable recommendations for the business across pricing and packaging, opportunity prioritization, pipeline creation, renewal strategy, and more.

Create analyses that stress-test assumptions for new product initiatives, GTM motions, customer segments, product/pricing changes, and other strategic decisions.

Distill complex financial and operational data into concise, executive-ready narratives and polished presentations.

Improve repeatable reporting, modeling, and planning workflows using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Snowflake, Looker, Salesforce, Anaplan, and AI-assisted workflows.

Your Expertise

4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, business operations, or corporate finance.

This role requires a high level of agility, ownership, and creative thinking – you will need to understand the details of our business but also see the forest for the trees to present complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format for executive decision-making.

Strong business judgment and curiosity, with an interest in understanding how customer behavior, GTM motions, product mix, and market trends flow through revenue.

Collaborative and low-ego operating style; able to build trust with Finance, GTM, Data/BI, Accounting, and senior business partners.

Strong PowerPoint and/or Google Slides skills, with the ability to turn analysis into a clear storyline and senior-leader-ready materials, separating signal from noise.

Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build auditable, flexible, easy-to-follow models with clear assumptions, QA checks, and well-organized outputs.

SaaS, eCommerce, usage-based revenue, or subscription business experience is helpful but not required.

Prior experience with Snowflake, Looker/data visualization tools, Claude, Codex, Anaplan, and SFDC is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or the sciences preferred.

If you do not meet all the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that closely matches your skills and experience.

You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
