Senior PLM Analyst
What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior PLM Analyst to join the Hardware Quality & Operations organization. In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations that keep our product lifecycle management environment accurate and current by creating and updating BOMs, processing engineering changes, and maintaining clean product data while looking for areas of continuous improvement. You'll partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management on a daily basis to ensure our PLM environment accurately reflects the current state of our products from concept through end-of-life. The ideal candidate has an understanding of server architecture and PLM platforms, works well across processes, data, and people, in a fast moving environment, and takes pride in diligent execution.
About The Role
BOM Creation & Management
Lead creation, maintenance, and release of BOMs with a high degree of accuracy.
Perform routine BOM audits using documented checklists to catch errors, orphaned components, or outdated configurations.
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to continuously evolve BOM structures
Change Management
Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through the PLM workflow, ensuring accurate routing and timely follow-up with stakeholders.
Prepare change packages and supporting documentation ahead of Change Review Board (CRB) meetings.
Track approval status across teams, maintain change logs, and flag delays to the responsible change owner.
Look for areas to streamline and optimize the end to end process.
Product Data Management
Enter and maintain part records, attributes, and classifications in the PLM system according to existing data standards.
Support document control tasks, including uploading, versioning, and archiving engineering drawings and specifications.
Cross-Functional Support
Engage with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing partners to drive PLM changes efficiently.
Assist with onboarding and training new PLM users on basic system navigation and data entry.
Complete assigned checklist items to support PLM data readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) program gates.
Escalate system issues and edge cases to IT and senior PLM staff.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.
Basic understanding of server and data center hardware.
Familiarity managing Engineering Change Orders and change control processes in a regulated or structured engineering environment.
Strong understanding of part lifecycle management, document control, and revision management principles.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks against clear deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and PLM-to-ERP integration workflows.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and phase-gate processes.
Knowledge of quality management principles

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
