Senior Partner Development Manager
About the Role
As a Senior Partner Development Manager (PDM), you’ll play a vital role in driving sales through marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators across Asia.
In this role, you’ll:
Own and develop a portfolio of 15 - 25 small to medium-sized services based partners and co-develop strategies to exceed shared sales targets.
Drive business strategy, go-to-market growth, and build pipeline by working directly with business owners and key function leads within partner businesses.
Influence decision-makers by building trusted relationships to secure buy-in for key HubSpot programs and initiatives that drive mutual success.
Co-create and execute strategies to grow revenue, expand market presence, and deepen customer impact.
Establish a strong operating cadence through business reviews, pipeline inspections, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Champion HubSpot’s Customer Platform by driving enablement, co-marketing, joint selling (discovery and demo), and more.
Lead stakeholder alignment between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering, Contracts), collaborating with senior stakeholders to share insights, provide feedback, and drive innovation.
Be a partner advocate and internal ambassador, ensuring the voice of the partner is heard at every level.
Navigate regional business complexities across Asia, including cross-border opportunities, account and territory alignment, local market dynamics, and customer procurement process.
Support the Asia Partner Team to deliver in person events with Partners, for partners in collaboration with the sales teams.
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience in partner development, channel sales or business development, ideally within a tech or consultancy environment
3+ years experience working with technology platforms, with strong technical proficiency
Experience working in Asia or selling to Asia businesses a plus
Experience in consulting or as a business owner is highly desirable
Proven ability to build and scale joint sales strategies and initiatives in cross-functional environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence both internal and external senior decision-makers
Ability to navigate and comfortably present to business owners and C-level execs
Experience owning or contributing to partner-sourced pipeline targets, across both net new and existing customers
Ability to engage partners to generate pipeline and support deal execution
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
Experience running a sales process independently is highly desirable.
