As a Senior MSSP Revenue Assurance Analyst, you will be tasked with owning the revenue operations strategy, roadmap, and associated processes for SentinelOne's MSSP business, defining how the business operates from partner onboarding through how partners advance along the MSSP strategic path. You will join a newly formed team supporting MSSP Revenue Acceleration as SentinelOne evolves its MSSP program, serving as a team lead and player/coach who drives both strategy and execution. Partnering across MSSP Sales Leadership, Programs, Revenue and Accounting, Legal, Partner Operations, Product, and IT, you will design the processes, frameworks, and operating mechanics that accelerate revenue across the MSSP business.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Own the revenue operations strategy and roadmap for the MSSP business, defining the processes, frameworks, and operating mechanics that support MSSP sales.

Define the end-to-end MSSP quote-to-cash process framework, from quoting and ordering through provisioning and billing, partnering with the teams that own each system and function.

Design the processes and governance frameworks that guide MSSP deal structure, pricing, and licensing, including the processes that support consumption-based licensing models.

Establish the operating mechanics behind MSSP forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, including partner tracking of end customers.

Define the MSSP partner lifecycle framework, including the onboarding experience, what success looks like when bringing on a new partner, and how partners advance along the MSSP strategic path.

Define any MSSP product transition strategy and the associated contracts and processes, engaging with provisioning and related teams.

Partner with Product and Platform teams on product-led growth strategy for MSSP, including how the platform interacts with operational and business systems, to accelerate revenue opportunities.

Serve as the MSSP business voice for IT and enterprise applications teams implementing CPQ, Legal, and MSSP business systems, translating operational requirements into system and process design.

Lead as a player/coach, guiding team members on strategy while driving hands-on execution, and translating operational insights into executive-ready recommendations.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

8 or more years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, partner operations, or business operations within a high-growth technology company; MSSP revenue operations or partner operations experience is preferred.

Experience designing and owning revenue operations processes and frameworks across quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, and partner lifecycle functions.

Familiarity with the underlying business systems that support MSSP deals, such as CPQ, contract lifecycle management, and CRM platforms.

Experience with consumption-based licensing models and building the surrounding processes.

Experience working with AI and automation tooling, such as Claude or Gemini, to streamline operational processes.

Proven ability to lead as a player/coach, owning strategy and roadmap while driving hands-on execution.

Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, including sales leadership, finance, legal, product, and IT, without direct ownership of their systems or functions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex operational and commercial topics into clear, executive-ready narratives.

Demonstrated ability to operate proactively in ambiguous or greenfield environments where structure must be built from first principles.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
