Senior MicroStation CAD Technician - Traffic & Technology
As a Senior MicroStation CAD Technician on our Traffic & Technology team at Olsson, you will play a key role in delivering complex traffic engineering and transportation technology projects. You will independently develop and oversee advanced CAD designs and plan production using MicroStation while collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and other technical professionals. In this role, you will leverage your extensive design and drafting expertise to recommend design approaches, support preliminary design development, perform advanced drafting and design tasks, and solve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted technical resource, helping ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, contributing to efficient and effective design solutions, and providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians. You may also participate in client meetings and collaborate across project teams to support successful project delivery. The work you do will directly contribute to transportation solutions that improve mobility, safety, and community infrastructure.

Minimum of six (6) years of CAD drafting and design experience, with significant experience using MicroStation.
Advanced proficiency in MicroStation CAD software.
Experience preparing and reviewing transportation-related plans and construction documents.
Associate's degree in CAD Drafting or a related field preferred.
Experience supporting traffic engineering, transportation, or roadway design projects is preferred.
Familiarity with Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) or Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) standards preferred.
