Senior / Lead Program Manager
About the role
Nebius is looking for a Senior / Lead Program Manager to help develop and execute our asset-light model for expanding AI infrastructure through partnerships.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, finance, commercial negotiations and execution. Your focus will be to turn complex partnership opportunities into clear business cases, workable commercial terms and agreements that support the needs of Nebius, our partners and our customers.
This role suits someone who combines structured problem-solving with strong financial understanding and the ability to move work forward across multiple teams. You should be comfortable assessing commercial trade-offs, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems and taking responsibility for progress.
This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional responsibility. You will lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct line-management responsibility.
What you’ll do
Develop commercial frameworks and term sheets. Define proposed terms for asset-light partnerships, balancing financial returns, risk, responsibilities and the interests of Nebius and its partners.
Support the partnership team. Build the operational framework, track and report progress, develop commercial guidelines
Build business cases with Finance. Coordinate the analysis supporting partnership proposals, working through financial models, testing assumptions and assessing how different commercial terms affect the economics.
Shape contractual and legal structures. Partner with Legal and relevant business teams to translate the commercial model into practical structures and agreements for partners and customers.
Drive cross-functional execution. Bring together Finance, Legal, commercial, technical and operational stakeholders, establishing clear ownership, resolving dependencies and maintaining momentum.
Prepare decisions and recommendations. Turn complex information into clear options, explain trade-offs and help stakeholders reach informed decisions.
Develop repeatable ways of working. Capture lessons from individual partnerships and improve the frameworks, templates and processes that support the model as it grows.
What you’ll bring
Experience in management consulting or a strategy and operations role within a technology business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down unfamiliar, complex problems and develop practical recommendations.
Financial fluency: you can read and work with financial models, challenge assumptions and explain the commercial implications of the numbers. A specialist financial analyst background is not required.
Experience developing business cases, assessing commercial opportunities or supporting complex transactions and partnerships.
Confidence working with commercial terms and contracts alongside finance and legal specialists.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align teams with different priorities and influence without formal authority.
The initiative and judgment to drive projects independently, manage ambiguity and recognise when a decision needs wider input.
Clear written and verbal communication, particularly when presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Revenue operations background: Supporting sales or partnership teams with clear processes, compensation structure etc.
Experience that would be valuable
Work on large, complex projects in data centres, digital infrastructure, real estate, power or related sectors.
Revenue operations background: supporting sales or partnership teams with clear processes, compensation structure etc.
Exposure to partnership models, infrastructure economics or arrangements involving several commercial counterparties.
Experience taking a strategic recommendation through negotiation and into implementation.
Sector experience is valuable, but we are also interested in strong generalists who can learn a new business model quickly and apply sound commercial judgment.
