We are seeking a highly organized and technically capable Senior IT Specialist to oversee IT operations, governance, asset control, access management, and vendor coordination across the company.

The role will act as a key control point for corporate systems, employees, devices, software, licenses, access permissions, and IT vendors, while maintaining strong documentation, security, reporting, and operational controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate trackers and records for IT assets, software licenses, user access, vendors, costs, contracts, and renewals.

Manage the full IT asset lifecycle from procurement and assignment through maintenance, recovery, replacement, and disposal.

Coordinate employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including devices, accounts, licenses, and system access.

Ensure user access is granted, modified, and removed accurately and on time.

Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA, and access-control requirements.

Support administration of RMM / MDM and endpoint management platforms.

Maintain IT policies, SOPs, inventories, process documentation, and governance controls.

Monitor IT vendors, contracts, service levels, performance, renewals, and outstanding actions.

Maintain an IT risk register and track mitigation actions through closure.

Identify IT risks related to systems, devices, access, vendors, and operational processes.

Identify cost optimization opportunities across software licenses, equipment, vendors, and IT services.

Monitor license utilization and support renewal, consolidation, or cancellation decisions.

Coordinate closely with the Operations team on employee, office, procurement, vendor, and technology requirements.

Maintain equipment and software trackers across company offices.

Prepare regular management reports covering assets, licenses, access, risks, costs, vendors, and service performance.

Support basic cybersecurity controls across corporate devices and systems.

Monitor endpoint security, access permissions, and MFA compliance.

Support IT incidents, infrastructure, networking, and user issues when required.

Coordinate with service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and service interruptions.

Support IT requirements across multiple offices and distributed teams.

Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for IT-related changes, assignments, access, and approvals.

Support continuous improvement of IT processes, controls, workflows, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in IT operations, IT administration, or IT infrastructure support.

Strong understanding of IT operations and governance.

Experience managing IT assets throughout their full lifecycle.

Experience managing software licenses, user accounts, and access permissions.

Hands-on experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.

Experience administering Microsoft 365.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.

Experience with MFA, access controls, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Experience with RMM / MDM and endpoint management platforms.

Strong IT documentation, tracking, and reporting skills.

Experience coordinating IT vendors and external service providers.

Understanding of IT risk management and mitigation tracking.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience using SharePoint for documentation, tracking, or collaboration.

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding actions.

Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Intune.

Experience with Workspace ONE or similar endpoint-management platforms.

Experience with Power Automate.

Advanced Excel reporting skills.

Experience supporting multiple offices or distributed teams.

Experience with Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or similar service-management tools.

Familiarity with ITSM and IT asset management platforms.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Experience developing IT dashboards, reports, and management-level summaries.

Exposure to IT vendor contract management and service-level monitoring.

Experience supporting professional services, consultancy, or multi-office organizations.
