POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives. This role drives organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and change initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Sr. HRBP provides thought leadership on complex people matters, coaches leaders to improve organizational performance, and develops scalable solutions that support business growth. This position supports U.S. Sales and Patient Outcomes.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategies, and change management initiatives.

Partners with business leaders to identify and execute HR priorities that drive business performance and support organizational goals.

Leads talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Analyzes workforce trends, organizational metrics, and business data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic solutions.

Consults with leaders and employees on complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and facilitating effective resolutions while balancing business needs and employee experience.

Coaches leaders on performance management, team effectiveness, leadership capabilities, organizational changes, and employee development.

Supports organizational effectiveness efforts, including organizational design, spans and layers reviews, role clarity, and workforce optimization initiatives.

Drives change management activities by assessing organizational impacts, developing communication strategies, and supporting leader readiness.

Partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Organizational Development, and HR Operations to deliver integrated talent solutions.

Develops and implements scalable HR programs and processes that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.

Maintains expert knowledge of employment laws, HR trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform business decisions.

Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and champions innovative approaches to people-related challenges.

Demonstrates the ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and effectively communicate with leaders at all levels of the organization.

Handles highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES

Document product and therapy-related field reports within prescribed timelines and provide supporting documentation required to complete investigations.

Complete all required training and competency confirmations within established timelines.

Comply with applicable quality system procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and program effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.

Master's degree preferred.

Required Experience

8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.

Preferred Experience

Demonstrated success partnering with executive and senior leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategies into people strategies.

Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-based organizations preferred.

Experience working within med-tech, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders while building strong partnerships.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and identifying actionable insights.

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

Salary

$106,000—$170,000 USD
