Senior GTM Partner Systems Architect
About the team
Our GTM Systems team sits at the center of Klaviyo's GTM engine, powering the operational infrastructure that connects marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success. We build and own the systems that enable our teams to move quickly, trust their data, and focus on what matters most: helping our customers grow.
Our GTM Systems Partner team is a small group of technical builders owning the Salesforce platform and its integrations across our full GTM stack from lead routing and lifecycle management to the external-facing partner portal and its integrations with partner management and payment systems data.
About the role
As the Senior GTM Partner Systems Architect, you are the domain expert for our partnerships business systems. You own the Salesforce-to-partner-portal ecosystem, including all integrations with partner management and payment data. You translate ambiguous business problems into system architecture (diagrams, data models, design docs), drive the roadmap by looking around the corner with the Product Owner, and stay hands-on to build and ship meaningful parts of the solution yourself, not just diagram it from a distance.
Klaviyo's operational infrastructure, built and managed by our GTM Systems team, powers our GTM engine. We’re looking for a Senior GTM Partner Systems Architect - a domain expert who can architect how our partnerships business systems work, and who is hands-on enough to build, ship, and de-risk the hardest parts.
How you'll make an impact
Own end-to-end architecture for our partnerships business systems — turning ambiguous business asks into documented designs (architecture diagrams, data models, sequence flows) that the wider GTM Systems team can build against.
Stay hands-on: build proof-of-concepts and ship Apex, LWC, Flow, and complex integrations yourself. Track your work in GitHub to ensure it remains a reusable asset for the wider team.
Set and uphold engineering standards through architecture reviews, GitHub-based pull request reviews, and pairing that other developers build against.
Lead story and backlog refinement with the Product Owner, surfacing technical constraints and tradeoffs early, and looking around the corner to shape the roadmap before problems become urgent.
Serve as the go-to domain expert for Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and senior leadership. You will translate complex architectural decisions into language that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor developers on system design, code quality, and tradeoff thinking, building the muscle for others to make good architectural calls without you in the room.
