About the Client

The leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions, with headquarters in Chicago, enables the companies that build, insure, and replace vehicles to power the next generation of transportation. What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security

Implement new features and enhancements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient way

Collaborate with Product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces

Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, driving resolution of issues and bugs

Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations

Provide technical leadership to the engineering team - guide design discussions, perform code reviews, and support continuous improvement

Participate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in alignment with engineering processes

What You Bring

Extensive professional expertise Python/Node.js and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js)

Ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable code

Experience in contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration

Experience building secure and user-focused web interfaces with attention to UX patterns and best practices

Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (preferably AWS) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to guide other engineers

A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and communication in distributed teams
