About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to help build and scale our next-generation web applications. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to create intuitive, high-performance user experiences while leveraging the latest AI technologies to accelerate development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, writing clean code, and shipping impactful features quickly.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Develop reusable UI components and contribute to our design system.

Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.

Integrate APIs and AI-powered features into the frontend experience.

Mentor junior engineers and promote frontend best practices.

Continuously improve development workflows and engineering standards.

Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Requirements

5+ years of professional Front-End development experience.

Expert-level proficiency with React and TypeScript.

Strong experience with Next.js.

Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.

Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar).

Experience consuming REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

Familiarity with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

Experience optimizing application performance and Core Web Vitals.

Strong understanding of Git and modern development workflows.

Experience working in Agile teams.

Professional-level English communication skills.

Comfortable working U.S. business hours.

Nice to Have

Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).

Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience in HealthTech, Telehealth, SaaS, or other regulated industries.

Startup experience.
