Senior FP&A Manager

PagerDuty is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to own a full view of expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM. You'll serve as a key finance business partner to leaders across the organization, owning analysis, forecasts, and executive-level reporting needed to manage expense well and operate at public company standards.

This role will require to be in office 2 day per week.

Key Responsibilities

Own a full view of expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM, serving as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders in each of those groups and a point of coordination

Drive AI and automation transformation to improve efficiency across expense management, reporting, and forecasting

Own the Cost of Revenue forecast and monthly close cycle for all departments, partnering across the FP&A team and accounting.

Identify material risks, opportunities, and drivers behind performance versus plan.

Build financial models and driver-based scenario analysis to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic planning across the business.

Develop executive and board-level reports and presentations.

Manage and provide insights on vendor spend and relationships.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or expense operations, including SaaS company experience.

2+ years of senior level experience responsible for finance or expense operations.

Hands-on experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora, Anaplan).

A track record of building or scaling processes and controls in a growing organization.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA or MBA a plus.

Experience deploying AI in finance operations and workflows.

The base salary range for this position is 131,000 - 220,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
