Smartsheet is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and members of the Customer Excellence leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. The candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer.

You will report to the Chief Customer Officer. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.

You Will:

Provide strategic support, anticipate needs, and provide suggestions and advice to the Chief Customer Officer by developing a deep understanding of critical components of the CE business and key partnerships.

Provide administrative support to the VP of Customer Experience, including calendar management, travel and expense coordination, and other administrative tasks such as scheduling offsites and team events.

Manage calendaring for both internal and external events for the CCO.

Arrange travel plans and itineraries as well as manage expense reports for the CCO and members of the Leadership Team.

Prepare meeting agendas and materials, and coordinate logistics for various meetings and events, both internal and external in various locations.

Work closely with leadership on key initiatives, business operations, and various team events (offsites, team-building, etc.).

Draft correspondence for review and distribution.

Liaison with company leaders outside of Customer Excellence, internal/external partners and other teams on behalf of the team.

Partner with the Smartsheet EA Team to effectively and efficiently streamline tasks

Mentor and meet regularly with other Executive Assistants in Customer Excellence on organization-wide projects and tasks

Support key project administration through pre-built Smartsheet tools.

Provide administrative support for Customer Excellence including email/slack aliases, org charts, recognition programs, etc.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with team members and with other assistants, including supporting other executive assistants and office team members to maintain continuity and best practices.

Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise based on interest in learning and as time permits, including partnering with cross-functional teams within Customer Excellence to schedule and/or coordinate broader Customer Excellence-wide initiatives.

Travel may be required in support of the CCO.

You Have:

8+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Experience working with a senior leadership team (preferred)

IT literate with comfort using Smartsheet, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google for Work and Microsoft Office.

Positive, can-do attitude, exceptional organization, communication skills, attention to detail, and follow through.

The ability to manage highly sensitive or confidential situations and information with professionalism.

The confidence to work independently, manage shifting priorities, demonstrate good personal judgment, and effectively handle tasks under pressure.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.

US Base Salary Pay Range

$103,750—$126,250 USD
