Senior Engineer
What is the role
The Senior Engineer provides expert technical support across infrastructure, LAN, and WAN environments, delivering remote and onsite support, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing technology projects. As a key escalation point, they partner with clients to design and deliver effective solutions, maintain system performance, and mentor junior team members.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Senior Engineer:
Provide remote technical support across client infrastructure, network, and IT environments.
Diagnose, troubleshooting, repair, configure, and upgrade hardware, systems, and network infrastructure.
Investigate complex technical issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
Partner with clients to understand business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Deliver infrastructure projects, including solution design, requirements gathering, implementation planning, and deployment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system designs.
Monitor system performance, review logs, and manage incidents to ensure optimal service delivery.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support successful client outcomes.
Act as a senior escalation point, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
Support solution architecture, technical pre-sales activities, and proposal development.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and ongoing professional development.

6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Manila Time)
Who we are looking for
Successful candidate must possess:
Must have 5+ years' experience in a Senior Engineer role, with a proven track record designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VRRP), SD-WAN, and security appliances.
Demonstrated success delivering IT infrastructure projects and supporting complex server environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor junior engineers and act as a technical escalation point.
Client-focused, highly organized, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Industry certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Sophos, Citrix, or similar).
