Build and implement risk management and contingency plans to keep programs on track.

Lead resolution of issues and conflicts within and across teams, escalating when appropriate.

Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

10+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device or healthcare) strongly preferred.

Track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
