We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Data Analyst (22578) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business performance, operational efficiency, financial drivers, and strategic KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
Transform complex data into actionable insights and analytical recommendations.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor performance against business targets.
Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, variances, risks, opportunities, and the impact of business initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define relevant metrics, and align analytical outputs with decision-making needs.
Collaborate with data engineering, finance, and analytics teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of reporting solutions.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management roles.
Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language, such as Python.
Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools, preferably Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with financial or business performance management analytics.
Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques, including forecasting, statistical analysis, and scenario modeling.
Experience working with cloud-based data environments such as AWS.
Experience with data pipelines, automation, or orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Exposure to big data or distributed processing frameworks such as Spark or PySpark.
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
