This role will help clients modernize their finance organizations and ERP environments, bridging finance processes, technology, and program execution. The ideal candidate brings functional experience working on ERP implementations and is ready to take broader ownership of transformation initiatives. You will work alongside finance, accounting, business, and technology teams to translate business needs into action and drive complex ERP programs forward.
What you’ll do

Lead or coordinate finance and accounting cutover activities, helping teams prepare for the transition from legacy processes and systems to new ERP environments.
Plan and execute testing activities, facilitate issue triage, and partner with functional and technical teams to drive issues through resolution.
Translate finance and accounting requirements into clear business and system needs while helping stakeholders understand downstream process and technology impacts.

Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.
Contribute ERP and finance transformation experience to proposals, client discussions, methodologies, tools, and reusable project assets.
Coach junior team members and share ERP, finance transformation, and program delivery knowledge across project teams.
What you’ll bring
3+ years of consulting, ERP implementation, finance transformation, or related experience.
Functional experience supporting ERP implementations, with direct involvement in finance or accounting processes throughout the implementation lifecycle strongly preferred. Candidates with ERP program or PMO experience and strong functional ERP knowledge will also be considered.
Experience managing ERP workstreams, project activities, or cross-functional teams through key phases of an implementation.
Practical understanding of accounting fundamentals and ERP-enabled finance processes, including areas such as record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Experience with implementation activities such as requirements gathering, process design, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, cutover, issue management, or post-launch stabilization.
