Support clinical risk assessment for new and evolving AI capabilities, including identifying potential failure modes, defining appropriate safeguards, and helping ensure adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory expectations.

Stay current on emerging AI QA and evaluation methodologies, tools, research, and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to healthcare / mental health, and incorporate relevant advances into BetterHelp’s AI QA approach.
