About the Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial management and performance of our client portfolio. Responsibilities:
Support the financial management of assigned clients, including revenue, costs, profitability, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain monthly revenue forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities and communicating key changes to Finance leadership.
Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including revenue recognition, accruals, deferred revenue, and related balance sheet reconciliations.
Review project financials to ensure revenue and costs are recognized accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Partner with Account and Operations teams to monitor project budgets, scopes, staffing, utilization, and overall client profitability.
Analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast and provide clear explanations for material variances.
Monitor client billing, accounts receivable, work-in-progress, and other financial balances to identify and resolve aged or outstanding items.
Support the preparation and maintenance of client rate cards, staffing plans, and financial models.
Assist with client and project setup to ensure appropriate financial structures and controls are established.
Prepare financial reporting and analysis for Finance and business leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support internal and external audit requests by preparing accurate and complete financial documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve and standardize financial processes, reporting, and controls.
Collaborate across Finance, Account Management, Operations, Billing, Accounting, and other teams to resolve financial issues and support business decisions.
