Senior C# Developer for MS365

We are looking for a Senior C# Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365.

Your tasks will include:

Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations

Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team

Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend

Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity

Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team

Make technical decisions

Lead and involve others into code reviews

Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation

Communicate with the project’s stakeholders

Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro

Technologies we work with:

Latest C# (and a bit of C++, C++\CLI), REST, PowerShell

What we expect from you:

5+ years of software development in commercial projects

Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms

Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility

Result-oriented, proactive approach

Strong problem-solving skills

Technical mindset with great attention to details

Good communication skills

English proficiency level sufficient to communicate with international teams
