The Chief Business Office (CBO) Business Operations team is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive financial rigor, operational consistency, and strategic alignment across day-to-day operations for the CBO Organization. We are looking for a self-motivated, deeply analytical, and high-energy professional to design, own, and optimize critical business processes, financial frameworks, and strategic initiatives that support the Chief Business Officer (CBO) organization.

You are a strong self-starter who is expected to operate with high autonomy, maintain rigorous accountability, and serve as a proactive strategic thought partner to leadership. You excel at translating broad goals into structured operational frameworks, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and handling sensitive company data with absolute discretion and confidentiality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive full program ownership for CBO budgets, including AI-specific costs and ROI, and tie back to broader LRP financial process and models, establishing end-to-end operational workflows, financial discipline, and strategic accountability across the organization

Lead budget allocation recommendations and scenario modeling to provide leadership with data-driven alternatives and impact analyses during strategic planning pivots

Architect and deliver Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Planning Financial inputs for the Chief Business Officer, collaborating closely with strategic stakeholders to build multi-year financial projections that align with overarching corporate visions

Drive high-impact strategic initiatives using program management best practices, ensuring complex, cross-functional programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with core leadership objectives

Streamline core operational processes and infrastructure by evaluating and implementing AI tools and automated workflows that scale efficiency, eliminate functional silos, and track ROI

Lead ongoing change management and organizational agility, building robust mitigation strategies to navigate risks and blockers to drive business outcomes

WHO YOU ARE

Bring 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategic Finance, Strategy Consulting, or a highly analytical corporate strategy role within a fast-paced, scaling environment

Demonstrate high autonomy and strong strategic partnership skills, with a proven history of acting as a trusted advisor to organizational leadership and driving complex programs end-to-end with minimal guidance, driving business outcomes

Exhibit advanced financial and operational rigor, backed by deep financial acumen and a track record of driving complex annual planning processes, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and executing data-driven resource scenario modeling

Possess a demonstrated mastery over strategic initiatives, with extensive expertise in architecting and steering large-scale, cross-functional programs using industry-standard program management frameworks and best practices

Maintain strong executive presence and stakeholder influence, paired with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to synthesize complex operational or financial narratives into clear insights for C-suite and executive leadership

Bring a forward-thinking approach to tech strategy and AI fluency, including practical experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI tools and automated workflows to optimize team efficiency

Model uncompromising accountability, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail, alongside superior organizational skills and a proven ability to manage highly sensitive company and financial records with absolute confidentiality, skills, and a passion for building standardized, scalable financial processes

Energetic and adaptable approach to managing a fluid portfolio of projects across global teams in multiple time zones

Willing to travel as required by business needs

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $118,000 and $186,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $133,000 and $210,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
