Senior Analyst, Verticals & Performance
The Senior Analyst, Verticals and Performance will work on projects and partnerships that will accelerate the development of vertical-specific advertising solutions and bring new innovations to market. This role blends technical problem-solving, data analysis, and business strategy, offering exposure to multiple cross-functional teams and direct opportunities to shape the future of programmatic solutions.
This role works closely with Account Management, Sales, and the broader Advertising Technologies team to deliver campaign solutions that directly impact client outcomes. You'll act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring projects land on time and with measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own end-to-end execution of managed service engagements across several Commerce and Travel accounts, translating strategic account plans into operational delivery.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Advertising Technologies teams to design, launch, and iterate on vertical-focused campaign solutions.
Troubleshoot campaign and measurement issues (e.g. reporting discrepancies between client and platform data, under-delivery, tracking gaps) by analyzing datasets and working with technical teams to identify root causes and establish a path to resolution.
Build deep expertise in the Commerce and Travel verticals and turn it into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders, such as performance patterns, seasonality and booking-window trends, and competitive dynamics.
Support the execution of strategic Commerce and Travel initiatives from planning through delivery, keeping roadmap milestones on track.
Identify, document, and automate repeatable execution workflows with AI tooling and scripting, contributing to the team’s AI-assisted operating model.
Define and track engagement success metrics (e.g. campaign KPIs, delivery milestones, client outcomes) and communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Provide hands-on support with ad-hoc and daily operational tasks, including (but not limited to) campaign reporting and measurement setup, ad-hoc data analysis, and market and competitor research.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or a related adtech/martech environment.
Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset — comfortable working with campaign data to surface meaningful insights.
Clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for internal and client-facing audiences.
Curiosity and adaptability — eager to learn vertical nuances in Commerce and Travel and evolve workflows with AI tooling.
Experience working with SQL, Python, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and/or Streamlit is a plus.
