We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury to join our dynamic, treasury operations team on a 7-month contract, with potential for permanent placement. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with financial leadership to manage liquidity across 40+ bank accounts, oversee FX strategy, and assist in implementing cutting-edge Treasury Management Software. This position offers fully remote flexibility within Canada.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and cash concentration decisions across accounts and entities

Execute and report on the FX hedging programme, including trade uploads, FX audit, and compliance with FX rates policy

Own bank account administration across entities, including openings, closures, portal access, signatory models, and fee monitoring

Manage credit agreement reporting obligations and support treasury compliance deliverables

Administer the company's insurance programme, including annual renewals, claims, certificates, and mid-term changes

Participate in ongoing Treasury automation and systems projects, contributing to process improvement and operational continuity

Complete a structured knowledge transfer with the outgoing Senior Analyst to ensure full continuity of all Treasury functions by December 2026

Independently manage the daily cash position report, intraday updates, and direct cash forecasting with minimal ramp time

Execute and document all FX trades and hedging programme activities in accordance with policy

Contribute to active Treasury improvement projects, supporting automation initiatives and operational transitions

Deliver all monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury deliverables on schedule with accuracy and compliance

Zero disruption to daily cash management, hedging execution, and executive treasury reporting during the coverage period

All credit agreement, insurance, and compliance deliverables met on time and accurately

Knowledge transfer completed within the November cross-training window, with full handoff documentation

Treasury improvement projects maintained at pace with no treasury-side delays

What You'll Bring to the Table

4+ years of treasury operations experience, with demonstrated hands-on ownership of cash management, FX/hedging, and bank administration

Experience with treasury or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, FloQast, or equivalent platforms)

Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to build, maintain, and interpret treasury-focused models (cash forecasting, liquidity scenarios, variance analysis)

Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, or improve analytical workflows

Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent deliverables independently across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles

Excellent attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base hourly pay for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. This range represents base hourly compensation only.

Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
