Senior AI Solutions & Enterprise Architect
10Pearls is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Enterprise Architect to design and guide scalable enterprise solutions across software engineering, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.This role requires a technically strong, hands-on architect who can establish architectural direction while leveraging AI agents to accelerate solution development, implementation, testing, and documentation.The ideal candidate combines architectural depth with practical agentic AI experience and can translate business challenges into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design enterprise architectures integrating software systems, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI capabilities.
Establish technical standards and architectural patterns for AI-driven development.
Design agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, execution workflows, and operational guardrails.
Use AI coding agents to accelerate architecture implementation, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
Evaluate existing technology environments and identify opportunities for AI-first modernization.
Define integration patterns between enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI services.
Establish security, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements for AI-powered solutions.
Independently propose architectural improvements and lead their implementation.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution priorities and measurable outcomes.
Provide deep technical guidance while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical architectural decisions.
Required Qualifications – Must Have
Senior-level experience in software, cloud, data, or enterprise solution architecture.
2+ years of hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and AI-driven development workflows.
1+ year designing, building, or orchestrating AI agents and agent harnesses.
Demonstrated experience applying AI agents in production engineering environments.
Strong expertise in at least one architectural specialization: software/application architecture, data architecture, cloud/infrastructure architecture, or AI/agentic systems architecture.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, system integration, and cloud architecture.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
Strong technical communication, stakeholder management, and independent decision-making.
Experience incorporating security and compliance controls into production architecture.
Nice to Have
Azure architecture and Microsoft enterprise technologies.
Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or Azure OpenAI.
LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
MCP, RAG, enterprise knowledge systems, and AI tool integrations.
Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD architecture.
TOGAF or cloud architecture certifications.
Architecture experience in highly regulated industries.
