Senior AI Artist (Temporary)

At Monks, we are looking for an AI Artist to join our team for a 3-month temporary position (from October to December). This is a great opportunity to showcase your talent, with real possibilities of transitioning to a Full Time Employee role once this period is completed.

In this role you will:

Utilize advanced AI techniques and tools, specifically Google's AI suite including Gemini, Nano Banana, and Veo, to create visually stunning and photo-real images.

Apply knowledge of art and aesthetics to produce unique and compelling photographic compositions using AI algorithms.

Collaborate with the development team to implement and refine AI models to enhance the quality of generated photographic images.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and integrate them into the artistic process to achieve unprecedented levels of creativity and realism.

Work closely with creative directors and clients to understand and fulfill their artistic vision through AI-generated photography.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AI techniques and tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, and Veo.

Strong background in photography, visual arts, or related fields.

Experience with AI model development and implementation.

Creative mindset and an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Proficient in photo retouching techniques, both traditional and AI-based.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in AI art generation or similar roles.

Familiarity with industry-standard photography tools and software like Adobe Photoshop.

Strong portfolio demonstrating the use of AI techniques in creating photographic art.

Solid understanding of prompt engineering, node-based logic, or generative media workflows.

Past experience as a photo retoucher or VFX compositor is a major plus.
