As a Senior Account Manager on the Red Ventures' Allconnect team, you will own full-funnel partner success management and the strategic direction of multiple accounts — from ideation and inception through integration launch — including partner engagement, program conceptualization, integration onboarding, quality assurance, data storytelling and program optimization. Your book of business is made up of partner categories with access to movers, who embed Allconnect's integrations and solutions to help their movers and residents set up home services, creating new revenue for their business along the way. This position will have complete, autonomous ownership over their individual book of business and direct/indirect leadership on the Account team, including potential management of a small team.
What You’ll Do:
Own the day-to-day partner activity and strategic direction of multiple accounts, ensuring accurate and timely execution of partner programs
Create and pitch the best integration, solution, and program strategy through partner collaboration and communication — moving beyond execution to set the agenda for each partnership
Expertly use partner meetings to deepen existing partnerships, owning and conducting partner meetings as the most senior member in the room
Autonomously manage an internal book of business in full, including revenue management, budget planning, monthly billing and updates (internal and external), and heightened financial acumen
Consistently ensure timely, high-quality launches of partner integrations that meet requirements — guiding partners from signed agreement through embed, testing, and go-live
Work with partners and internal cross-functional teams on test plans and optimizations that maximize program performance, and conduct in-depth analysis that finds trends and uncovers opportunities to deepen partnerships
Effectively communicate the partner's goals and represent the partner's interests to internal, cross-functional groups
Lead business development efforts to expand and diversify the current book of business — identifying, pitching, and signing new partners onto our integrations and solutions
Act as a thought leader who pushes partnerships forward to grow the book of business and influence partner decisions
Develop and motivate individual talent — build development and mentorship opportunities for teammates, with potential to manage a small team responsible for their career development and day-to-day initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related industry experience, preferably in account management or direct marketing at an agency or marketing company
Demonstrated track record of partner relationship development, solution/integration strategy, and service, with the ability to be strategic and move the needle with partners to drive results
Stays on top of recent marketplace trends relating to their clients as well as the digital industry
Quickly and thoroughly assesses client situations and configures mutually beneficial value propositions
Experience with in-depth analysis and problem solving, with the ability to think strategically while seeing execution all the way through
Can manage their own time and account for the workload of other teams to meet multiple deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment
A people developer who builds development and mentorship opportunities for teammates and has developed followership and respect at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as mastery over the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Strong project management experience preferred, high attention to detail and organizational skills
Top talent that has a bias-to-action and thrives in environments where they are creating new opportunities where none currently exist
