Senior Account Executive - Figma Weave
We're building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
We are looking for Account Executives who are excited to help creative teams explore what’s possible with generative AI. Figma Weave is a startup within Figma, and you will play a key role in winning new business while helping contribute to how our team sells. You will work closely with Figma AEs and cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, demonstrate relevant workflows, and guide opportunities from first conversation through close. This is an opportunity to get hands-on with a fast-evolving product, work with exciting logos as they embrace GenAI, and help shape a growing team.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Create and manage a pipeline of new business through outbound prospecting, inbound engagement, and Figma AE introductions to consistently exceed sales targets
Prioritize your book and time to focus on top priorities amongst change
Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to uncover business challenges, build relationships with key decision-makers, and connect Weave to customer priorities
Partner with your customers through demos to help identify high business priority use-cases and inspire what’s possible in Weave. Build your product knowledge through hands-on use of Weave.
Manage proposals, business cases, and negotiations, partnering with legal, procurement, finance, Figma sellers, and security teams to move deals forward
Collaborate with customer success and workflow advocates to prepare thoughtful handoffs and identify opportunities for customers to grow with Weave
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, share customer feedback, and help develop sales practices and resources as the product and team evolve
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle from high-growth startups to F1000 companies, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close
A track record of exceeding sales goals and generating your own pipeline of new business
Demonstrated experience using discovery to connect customer challenges to business value
Experience learning a technical product and delivering customer demos that explain its value and capabilities
Excited by working with other sellers and cross-functional partners to manage customer opportunities and buying processes
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience working in creative industries and/or selling to creative teams
Worked at startup in hypergrowth
Familiarity with post-production, VFX, Film, creative workflows, or Figma / Weave itself
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
