Tips for a Successful Interview

Please allow yourself enough time for traffic, accidents, and construction.

· Arrive at the facility 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled interview time.

Once you arrive, look for the Marksman Security signage to the conference room.

Some questions that will be asked:

What do you put in a report?

When you're patrolling, what are the top 5 things you're looking for?

Why is customer service so important?

Please “Dress for Success.” This is Always the BEST POLICY!

The first impression you make on an employer is the most important one. The first judgment a manager makes is going to be based on how you look and what you are wearing. That's why it's always important to dress appropriately.

Men’s Attire - A button-down shirt or polo. Suit & tie are not required.

Women’s Attire - A pair of dress pants; it's easy to dress them up or dress them down. You can pair your dress pants with a button-down shirt.

Additional Site Requirements:

No facial tattoos. Other tattoos are acceptable but may need to be covered. Long-sleeve shirts will be issued.

· No facial piercings are allowed.

· Please bring your ID, SS card, resume, and guard card (if you have it).
