Here’s What We’re Looking For
Review shipping schedules, delivery dates, and order requirements to support timely completion and delivery.
Coordinate material needs and deliver orders to Shipping departments as required.
Order office/shop supplies and submit Maintenance and IT support tickets as needed.
Assist with KPI tracking, 5S audits, Quality 5-Cs, and inventory cycle counts.
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required system transactions.
Support safety, quality, shop training, operational audits, and team activities.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with employees, supervisors, management, and other Shipping departments.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required; EPICS MRP and EPICOR ERP experience preferred.
2+ years of Shipping or Warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
Must be available for 1st shift and required overtime.
Regular and predictable attendance and compliance with all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the position.

Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 8-10 hours
Lift, push, pull or move up to 50 lbs. individually or up to 75 lbs. with a partner
Visual acuity to inspect material for various quality flaws and surface discrepancies
Properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Able to work in direct temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (heat, humidity, cold, etc.)
