The Challenge

We’re looking for a collaborative, systems-oriented rockstar to join our GTM Operations team and help create a best-in-class seller experience through thoughtful technology and process design.

In this role, you’ll own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales technology and revenue processes. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, GTM Operations, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure our sellers have the tools, workflows, and insights they need to be productive and successful.

You’ll oversee core sales technology capabilities, including Gong for forecasting, cadence management, and call recording. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically about the operating model, working hands-on in technology, managing implementation projects, and solving day-to-day operational challenges.

Primary KPI

Ensure we have the right technology and process design to deliver a best-in-class seller experience, measured through technology adoption, process efficiency, data quality, seller satisfaction, and the reliability of revenue workflows and insights.

You Will

Sales Technology Ownership: Own the day-to-day administration, optimization, governance, and roadmap for sales technology, including Gong and related systems that support forecasting, cadence management, call recording, coaching, and seller productivity.

Process Design: Understand how sellers, managers, and revenue leaders work today; identify friction and gaps; and design scalable, intuitive processes that improve productivity, consistency, data quality, and execution across the revenue organization.

Gong Expertise: Lead the configuration and continuous improvement of Gong capabilities, including forecasting workflows, cadence management, call recording, conversation intelligence, reporting, permissions, and user adoption. Ensure Gong is aligned to sales methodology, management routines, and business requirements.

Seller Experience: Collaborate with our Sales Strategy team(s) to continually improve seller workflows, reducing administrative burden, improving system usability, and proactively identifying opportunities to make the revenue process easier to execute.

System Design and Architecture: Understand how sales technologies connect with Salesforce and the broader go-to-market ecosystem. Design solutions that support a connected experience while minimizing unintended downstream impacts, duplicate work, and data quality issues.

Technology Roadmap: Evaluate and drive requests for new capabilities, assess business value and level of effort, prioritize investments, and maintain a roadmap that aligns technology and process improvements to revenue priorities.

Implementation and Change Management: Lead or support technology implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process changes from discovery through launch. Define requirements, document decisions, coordinate testing, develop enablement, and measure adoption and outcomes.

Reporting and Insights: Partner with stakeholders to ensure sales technology produces reliable, actionable data for seller productivity, pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, and leadership decision-making.

Governance and Continuous Improvement: Establish standards for configuration, documentation, access, data quality, release management, and support. Monitor performance and feedback, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the operating experience.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong working relationships across Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data and Analytics, and other GTM Operations teams to ensure processes and systems work together effectively.

Experience translating business requirements into practical technology and process solutions.

Strong understanding of Salesforce and how sales technology integrates with CRM and the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem.

Experience managing technology roadmaps, implementation projects, system enhancements, and cross-functional process changes.

Ability to assess downstream impacts, identify root causes, and design solutions that are scalable, governed, and easy for sellers to adopt.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and stakeholder feedback to prioritize improvements and measure outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes, communicate technical concepts clearly, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
