Sales Network Manager - Regional - Jumia (Full Time)
We are looking for an Offline Sales Regional Manager to cover the North Central region. In this role, you will drive business growth across the region by building and leading a high-performing network of J-Force agents and City Captains. You will own the city activation expansion project in the region, planning and executing field activations that grow orders and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Offline Sales, you will turn field insight into clear reports, routines and recommendations that move the region's KPIs.
What you will be doing
Plan and execute sales-driving field activations with J-Force agents, from targeting and logistics to post-activation performance review.
Deliver regional sales and order targets in line with the commercial category mix strategy.
Recruit, onboard and sustain the performance of J-Force agents through regular recruitment drives and performance routines.
Lead and manage City Captains across key cities in the region, setting clear targets and holding them accountable.
Equip J-Force agents with the right product and price mix for their customers, and address capability gaps through coaching and targeted solutions.
Identify and pursue new business development and growth opportunities within the region.
Build action-oriented reports, dashboards and processes that track KPIs and give clear recommendations for incremental growth.
What we are looking for
4-6 years' experience in sales or offline retail, ideally in FMCG or Telco, with a proven record of hitting targets.
Experience managing field sales teams or agent networks, including recruitment and performance management.
Hands-on experience planning and running marketing activations or trade marketing campaigns.
Strong network-building skills, with an existing network in the North Central region as an added advantage.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort using data to drive decisions.
A self-starter who is creative, resilient and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
