Sales Enablement Program Manager
Your opportunity
New Relic is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Enablement Program Manager to help run the day-to-day operations and program execution of our Global Sales Enablement Team.
Global Sales Enablement is a foundational part of how we set our sellers up for success. Our work empowers sellers across their entire lifecycle—from onboarding and ongoing skill development to major events like Sales Kickoff, as well as technical and customer-facing training.
Sitting at the center of this team, you will maintain a bird’s eye view of our priorities and programs, ensuring the right people are aligned, commitments are clear, and work moves forward. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable getting into the details and commanding a room. You’ll work closely with Enablement leadership and stakeholders across the GTM organization, facilitate cross-functional conversations and represent Enablement in meetings and initiatives as needed.
