As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will:

Optimize performance of the GTM engine - define KPIs, measure performance, and analyze data to identify trends, gaps and root causes.

Refine headcount and capacity planning — model current and future headcount needs across GTM functions to ensure the business has capacity to achieve growth targets.

Support strategic planning - collaborate with GTM leaders and cross-functional partners on annual and long-range planning.

Leverage AI to optimize GTM operations — apply AI tools and workflows to automate analysis, surface insights faster, and improve the efficiency of planning and forecasting processes.

Surface insights to improve decision-making - design and maintain key dashboards and reports.

Improve data quality - identify and drive improvements to revenue data workflows.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

2-5 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations or sales finance, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a bias for action and strong follow-through on multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Builds trust and influence cross-functionally, including with senior GTM leaders.

Advanced modeling skills — fluent in building and scaling dynamic models on large datasets.

Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics and how to scale efficiently.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Omni).

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.

Base Salary Range

$93,300—$145,800 USD
