Are you interested in how data, technology, and operational processes help a global sales organization grow? As a Revenue Operations Intern at Smartly, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the systems, reporting, and processes that enable our go-to-market teams to work effectively.

You’ll collaborate with Revenue Operations and partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maintain accurate data, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.

As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will…

Support recurring reporting and dashboard updates for go-to-market teams

Help analyze sales activity, pipeline, and business-performance data

Maintain and improve data quality within Salesforce and other revenue tools

Assist with data audits, cleanup projects, and process documentation

Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from internal stakeholders

Help identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operational processes

Create presentations and summaries that turn data into clear business insights

Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance

We are looking for you if you are…

A full-time rising  senior, or recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university

Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analyzing data

Familiar with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM and reporting tools—preferred but not required

Analytical, curious, and able to approach problems logically

Highly organized and attentive to detail

A clear communicator who can work effectively across teams

Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn

Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

This internship is paid at $20 per hour and will be approximately 30 hours per week from October 6 through December 17, 2026.
