Review and interpret customer contracts, including non-standard terms, to ensure proper accounting treatment under GAAP
Review the work of offshore accounting staff supporting AR, cash application, and workpaper preparation, providing direction and quality control
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, FP&A, Supply Chain, and program teams to ensure alignment between contracts, fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition
Identify, document, and implement process improvements across the quote-to-cash cycle, including system-enabled automation of manual processes
Support external audits and quarterly reviews, maintain SOX-compliant controls, and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal accounting policies
