Revenue Enablement Specialist
Revenue Enablement provides coaching, training, tech stack adoption, sales communication, and enablement for Playlist Sales Teams. This includes instructor lead facilitation, instructional design, document production, sales engagement development, content management, and cross departmental collaboration. The goal of this team is to measurably increase the effectiveness of the front-line sales teams.
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams. You'll build and maintain the sales cadences, content, and systems our reps rely on every day with an AI-forward approach woven into how that content gets created, personalized, and improved. Your responsibilities will span sales content creation and curation, cadence development and optimization, Learning Management System and Content Management upkeep, and sales tech stack administration, ensuring seamless alignment between our sales teams, marketing initiatives, and overall revenue strategies.
The Role You'll Play
Collaborate with sales leadership and subject matter experts to develop high-quality sales collateral and sales engagement strategies.
Build, launch, and maintain sales sequences in our Sales Engagement platform, keeping messaging, timing, and structure aligned to current business priorities
Actively build AI into how sales content gets created and maintained; using AI tools to draft, personalize, and iterate on cadences, templates, and collateral faster and more consistently
Maintain the cadence library. Monitor performance and flag underperforming steps or cadences for revision. Coordinate regular updates of cadence, template and collateral.
Ensure learning, content management systems are organized and easy to navigate.
Support vendor relationships and tech stack administration, troubleshooting and creating resources within the tools.
Provision and de-provision user access across sales tools (e.g. Sales Engagement platform, Conversation Intelligence, Learning Management) as reps onboard, transfer, or offboard
Manage day-to-day administration tasks: license assignment, user groups/permissions, basic configuration changes, assigning and monitoring learning paths within assigned tools.
Troubleshoot first-line user issues and escalate more complex technical problems to vendor support or IT as needed
Work collaboratively with the enablement team to support onboarding, programs, and initiatives.
May support training as needed.

The Experience You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years’ experience in an enablement, sales, account management or sales ops role
Proven experience in using web conferencing and communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Slack, SharePoint)
Self- motivated and directed with the ability to operate autonomously
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines operating in an agile working environment.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Engagement (Salesloft, etc), Learning Management, and Conversation Intelligence tools
Hands-on experience building or maintaining sales sequences/cadences in a Sales Engagement platform
Comfort using AI tools in daily work, with genuine interest in applying AI to sales content and workflows
Basic familiarity with analyzing performance data (open/reply/conversion rates) to inform content decisions
Demonstrated ability to successfully create sales content
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $127,000 BRL to $150,000 BRL. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
